What to do about Gordo's unearned award?

.

Useful information from bloggerworld:

In addition to the @NoOrderForGordo Twitter account, there’s a “Gordon Campbell does not Deserve the Order of BC award” page on Facebook.

That’s right, not eligible.

According to the Government of BC’s own Order of BC website, nominations for the 2011 awards closed March 10, 2011, and “your nominee must not currently be an elected person with federal, provincial or municipal governments”.

Gordon Campbell did not step down as MLA, clearing the way for Christy Clark to run in his riding of Vancouver-Point Gray, until March 14th. Thus, at the close of nominations he was “currently an elected person”.

BC Mary adds: And b.t.w., it's dead easy to nominate somebody -- anybody -- for an Order of B.C.  Start here:

http://www.orderofbc.gov.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/OBC_2011_Nominate.pdf

and you'll see a simple form to fill out. I filled out the "Protocol Feedback Form" and asked one question:

This is what I sent:

Comments:
I have yet to see anywhere, the laws of BC apply to the Campbell/Clark BC Liberals.

There are no laws for the BC Liberals and the elite, lies, deceit, theft, corruption, dirty tactics, criminal charges, and cheating to win. They are permitted to do so.

The law only applies to the BC citizens. So it is no surprise, the corrupt OBC panel, names the most revolting characters in BC's history, for the OBC. It computes.

@Anonymous: count your blessings. At least Patrick Kinsella and David McLean weren't on the list.

When was the last time there was a large demonstration in Rockland (i.e. outside Government House)? Maybe the Victoria Police will have to bring out the riot squad and tear gas, huh?

Seriously.

I can well imagine the police being present, for the welcoming committee for Campbell, at the Odure of BC awards. No other politician has ever destroyed their province, the way Campbell did.

No doubt the OBC will smuggle Campbell in the back door, and have an escape route planned.

This anger is even worse, than the HST anger, the High Commissioner post to England given Campbell, for his dirty work. This is a very deep, profound rage, that could easily explode.

Other country's have now taken notice, of the crap going on in Canada. We were once a good country. Now we are a disrespected, corrupt, and dirty country.

Never have we ever known, someone as evil as Campbell, being awarded the Odure of BC.
