Police raided BC Legislature Dec. 28, 2003. Trial stopped Oct. 18, 2010 cutting off vital Cabinet testimony. More danger ahead: BC Legislature sat only 4 days - Feb. 14, 2011. Feb 16: BCRail back in BCSC on Basi-Virk wire taps; Feb. 17: Crown wishing to seize Defense documents; March 15: Crown orders seizure "for destruction" of trial documents. Christy Clark is premier. Only 25 days + 6 more months until the trial of Basi and Virk ... maybe!

Have a look at The House of Infamy blogspot for a report on the actual meeting of Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Bennett with the lawyers, to decide on this postponement. Is that bizarre, or what?
