Basi Virk hearing Wed. Nov. 19 at 9:15 AM

Confirmed.
.
Today it's all about Disclosure, disclosure, disclosure. Full disclosure, that is. With reference to Paragraphs 182-200 in Application dated 26 February 2007 for details.

Vancouver Sun: Basi Virk political corruption case heading back to court

The trial judge, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth Bennett, said she wants all the disclosure issues resolved by the end of the year, which will be the fifth anniversary of the police raid on the legislature on Dec. 28, 2003.

The court set a pre-trial conference for 9:15 a.m. on Nov. 19 to sort out the issues regarding a disclosure application to be heard over a three-week period beginning November 24.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC at THE LAW COURTS BUILDING,
800 SMYTHE STREET, VANCOUVER BC.

And another thing -- NOVEMBER 19 -- IS WORLD TOILET DAY, by Dr Bob Dickson and Blaise Salmon. "Sanitation is the world's most neglected public health crisis ..." they say.

[Well, OK ... but I think that Full Disclosure of Documents needed by Defence is also a neglected public health crisis in B.C., equally hidden, equally stinky, equally important to a healthy society. - BC Mary]
