Thanks for the confirmation that you can't access the Supreme Court listings today, either, G West.
I guess it doesn't matter much for the rest of today,
but will have my fingers crossed for tomorrow's Court listings.
Thanks again.

Many thanks indeed!
I just tried again and no luck. So your update is much appreciated.

Hi Mary and friends - I attended BC Supreme Court Monday and there were many fireworks - I have a story in 24 hours Tuesday and will have a version on my blog tonight.
Robin Mathews was also in attendance - but it was only he and I there today.

That's double-good news, Bill.
We'll be watching, waiting, and stompin' our feet.
Many thanks for letting us know that our two favourites were in court today for another Basi-Virk / BC Rail hearing ... and that the public will find out what was said, thanks to you both: you & Robin.
It really brings home the full significance of CanWest teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, doesn't it.

The court listing was on line when checked this morning at around 8AM.
Can't figure out why some didn't get the list to work
