BC Rail: Appointing special prosecutor appropriate: Lawyer

Appointing a special prosecutor to investigate possible obstruction of justice in the B.C. Rail corruption trial is entirely appropriate following Thursday’s e-mail revelation, says respected Vancouver criminal lawyer Russ Chamberlain.
