'I would love to see tax reductions," David Cameron told the Sunday Telegraph at the weekend, "but when you're borrowing 11% of your GDP, it's not possible to make significant net tax cuts. It just isn't." Oh no? Then how come he's planning the biggest and crudest corporate tax cut in living memory?
If you've heard nothing of it, you're in good company. The obscure adjustments the government is planning to the tax acts of 1988 and 2009 have been missed by almost everyone – and are, anyway, almost impossible to understand without expert help. But as soon as you grasp the implications, you realise that a kind of corporate coup d'etat is taking place.
Like the dismantling of the NHS [National Health Service] and the sale of public forests, no one voted for this measure, as it wasn't in the manifestos. While Prime Minister Cameron insists that he occupies the centre ground of British politics, that he shares our burdens and feels our pain, he has quietly been plotting with banks and businesses to engineer the greatest transfer of wealth from the poor and middle to the ultra-rich that this country has seen in a century. The latest heist has been explained to me by the former tax inspector, now a Private Eye journalist, Richard Brooks and current senior tax staff who can't be named. Here's how it works ....

Yes, it's true, in these perilous times, the dark forces are seemingly everywhere and preying like a murder of ravens in a feeding frenzy. They're setting upon us, it's doubtless. The attack is multi-pronged, and both offensive and defensive. The key is stealing hard public assets, like oil, coal or gas, of course, as well as trains, or water rights; while, at the same time, they set about ramping-up and shifting debt onto the common weal, like in the case of the hst.
'Tis the time of shepards turning into ravenous land developers, the time of wolves becoming butchers. Now the overlords love it, as long they're kept aloft highest in aires. Yet a most perilous time to be a lamb alive and looking alot like mutton, if you will permit.
But, anyway, don't worry, and don't get all hopelessly resigned--there's still a little time before the great revealing gets into full-swing; because none will dare call it conspiracy, so we must keep fighting the good fight. I do believe we will win out in the end; and there's no better anti-septic in the world than rays of light from the Sun.
Oh, and while i'm thinking about it, please permit me to write a shout-out to our esteemed justice, Ms. Anne MacKenzie:
"Now, your honour, it's always best to remember, how some people don’t have the truth as their objective, or they wouldn’t be at such pains to alter the record of it."
Which is just my way of saying (how) we all hope you do the right thing this week, Annie.

Well they all went to Bilderberg classes last year. It's the same all over the world and we will pay heavily unless something is done. I hope it doesn't lead to armed revolution but the signs aren't good and it may, ultimately, be the only way.
