Hello BC Mary,
I knew that the BC Liberals, and now Elections BC, didn't know how to count. The Press and Christy's election crew should have known that there are no signs, no Candidates within 100 meters, not 100 feet. The way that Elections BC has looked at the "facts" as to how Christy delivered her hand made brown bag lunches to her staff at the polling station was based on the matter that she didn't actually go inside the building to make the delivery. She waited outside till the volunteers came out. Don't know how they knew when to come out because cellular phone use is not permitted inside the "bubble zone" of the voting area.
For clarification on this matter, over at my blog, I've strung a yellow line 99.67 meters from the centre of the school where she had her photo op with the Press on May 11, 2011 in a Google Earth snap shot.
For Ms. Clark to be standing at the 100+ Meter location, to be in compliance with the Election Act, she would have had to be at least a half a block away on west 4th, no where near the school, let alone the banned from standing voting area as stated in the Election Act of BC.

I'm sure Elections BC will investigate this illegal campaign contribution with the same vim and vigour as they did with Ka$h Heed's flyers...
Poor Crusty couldn't even run the usual cliche photo op of depositing her ballot, considering the fact she wasn't allowed to vote in that bye-election, as she is not a resident of the riding. Ignorance or the law or its interpretation is not a defense, for US. She had no business even being IN THE EFFING RIDING on voting day.
Of course with Craig "What do the Libs need me to do today?" James in the saddle, Elections BC is only interested in enforcing any law that might suppress the vote against the Libs or protect the pro-HST or anti-recall proponents.
If the people fall for her shameless attempt to buy off the voters with their own previously stolen money as suggested with her instant re-working of the HST "by the end of the month," as she told the BC liaR Convention in Penticton. Those who said it didn't matter what dead man walking Campbell said in response to the HST petition are being proven correct.
As to Mary's question -"how many transgressions before this gang is challenged to make a public accounting of their actions?"
They can do this forever, their own integrity or ethics won't stop them because they don't have any. The police or the justice system won't stop them as they are part of the gang that is stealing British Columbia as are the so-called media. The voters won't stop them, because they are either too dumb or suffer Stockholm Syndrome.
The only thing that will stop them is vigilante action, but that won't happen either as long as enough people still have a working flat screen and a credit card that isn't rejected at point of purchase.

Three things I don't understand. Firstly, plainly Clark was in an orchestrated violation of the Election Act so why isn't she disqualified and Eby declared the victor because of her violation? Or at the very least the byelection should be voided and performed again. Secondly, if Craig James is unable to perform his job as Temporary Chief Electoral Officer why hasn't the NDP demanded his resignation because of his obvious biased rulings? Thirdly, remind me again, why is Canada in Afghanistan fighting against corruption and for people's democratic rights when we have the same problems here (maybe to a lesser degree but growing in magnitude daily) that aren't being addressed? Don't Canadians deserve the same rights as other countries for whom we are trying to uphold those rights, because at the rate we're going our country will be just as bad as countries where democracy is a distant memory.
And where is Len Krog the invisible man?I guess he must be working on the side as he has not done or said much over the last few years.Lawyers seem to look after themselves first.Get to work Len!
If Eby arranged a photo shoot, outside the election hall, the media would have torn him to shreds. If Eby had campaigned the voters, on their way in to vote. Elections BC certainly would have disqualified him.
However, I guess we had better remember. Craig James of Elections Canada is a personal friend of Campbell's. So of course, there would have been two different opinions.
